After–School Club

The After–School Club is open every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the school term from 3.15pm – 6pm. There are great outdoor and indoor fun activities organised for the children with some fantastic new play equipment and a tea-time snack, or they have the chance to just chill out with their friends. The cost per session is £5.50 per child.

However if you have more than one child at school we have introduced a reduced rate for the second child attending the After-School Club. The fee for the first child will remain at £5.50, with the second child being a reduced £3.00 – a total of £8.50 for two!

There is also a 10% discount available if fees are booked and paid for termly – ask Jayne or Kelly if you are interested in this.

The new Thursday club leader is Mrs. Cassels assisted by Kelly. Jayne is the Tuesday club leader. A big welcome to Charlotte who joins us on Tuesdays to assist Jayne.

After school sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through Mrs. Leeming in the school office on Mondays or alternatively to Lindsey Savage on Tuesdays prior to the session. Payment can be made by cash or cheque to "Wenhaston Pre-School" please.

We know plans can change, so if you need to make a last–minute booking on the day, talk to Jayne or Kelly and we will try to accommodate whenever possible.

Knitting Club

Knitting Club takes place in school at lunchtime on Mondays. Use this knitting rhyme to help you remember how to do a stitch:

In through the front door
Once around the back
Peek through the window
And off jumps jack
