School Uniform

At Wenhaston Primary School we take pride in the appearance of our pupils, and so we have a uniform which consists of:

Footwear

Sensible black shoes are required. Training shoes or similar are NOT to be worn.

P.E Kit

For indoor P.E. all children will need plimsolls, a t-shirt and shorts and a bag to put them in (bags are available for purchase from the school office). For outside-training shoes are required – plus jogging bottoms & warm tops for the colder weather.

Art / D.T

A protective apron for painting should be provided; an old shirt is very suitable.

Swimming

A costume, hat & towel in a water- proof bag are required.

Jewellery

Children should not wear jewellery in school. If the children have pierced ears they can wear stud type earrings only and they must be able to remove these themselves prior to taking part in swimming & P.E.
